H.E.A.L- A Women's Support Group Forming Soon!

Columbus, OH- For a long time, I have wanted to start a group where women of all backgrounds and experiences could connect and support each other and offer their wisdom. God placed the mission in my heart and I could not ignore it any longer. Therefore, I am excited to introduce H.E.A.L a FREE women's group focused on healing through- Hope, Empowerment. Acceptance & Love.

The H.E.A.L Support Group was established out of the need to support, as well as be supported by other women who have had similar experiences. This group is intended to be a safe-haven for those of us who have been wounded physically, mentally or emotionally (not only domestic abuse). Our wounds can be old or new and inflicted by many things including, codependency, childhood trauma, divorce, addiction, sexual assault, and unhealthy relationships with intimate partners, family, and friends.

This group will provide a safe place to share our stories, find understanding, and empower each other to cope with problems. Members will act as role models for each other. Seeing others who are contending with the same adversity and making progress in their lives, is inspiring and encouraging.

Note: You do not need to be healing or recovering from anything in order to attend. Perhaps you have healed, learned and overcome an experience; your wisdom is needed, therefore we encourage any and everyone to attend!

The group will be free of charge and open to women of all ages. We are is in the planning stages, we plan to communicate the start date and further details for our first meeting very soon!!
